The Organising Committee of the Budapest 2017 FINA World Championships called for a tender.of the mascot.

The Organising Committee of the Budapest 2017 FINA World Championships called for tender of the mascot and other creatives of the 17th FINA World Championships.

The deadline was 29th February 2016. More than thousand mails were received from 537 individuals. It's a great pleasure to see that 5 years old kids drew "their butterflies" and also highy respected creative agencies also worked on the project.

The organisers are going to choose the best ones, and from those selected ones, a professional jury will pick the winner. We are going to publish the best ones here on the site... so anyone can whisper the good choice to the ears of the jury by sending a vote.

If everything goes according to the plans, it's quite close to make selfies with the official mascot on the streets of Budapest.

We would like to thank to all who shared his or her idea with us and who's already given their part to the success of the FINA World Championships. Thank you!
